    Self Awareness – Self-Leadership

    Workshop

    In this workshop, you will explore your individual psychometric results to deepen self-awareness and understand your leadership style. Drawing on self-leadership frameworks, you’ll examine your values, strengths, and behavioural patterns, and learn how these influence your impact, decision-making, and overall effectiveness as a leader.

    Self Management – Mentally Fit Leadership

    In this workshop, you will be introduced to the Mental Toughness framework and key psychological principles that underpin performance and resilience. You’ll learn how to manage pressure, regulate your mindset, and apply practical mental fitness strategies to maintain focus, adaptability, and effectiveness in demanding environments.

Emily expertly facilitates the Future Fit Leaders program. She’s spend 17+ years supporting corporate & small to medium business leaders, from a diverse range of industry sectors (banking & finance, retail & hospitality, construction, law, government, not-for-profit & charity organisations), to better lead themselves and others.

Emily is a "common sense psychologist" and a specialist in “vertical development” – who is dedicated to expanding the internal capacity and external capability of leaders to navigate complexity. She achieves this by translating Neuroscience, and proven psychological and people performance frameworks into practical tools and daily behaviour.

Whether you’re an experienced Executive Leader looking to enhance your ability to positively influence people or a Middle Manager wanting to improve your confidence & operational skills, Emily will expertly guide your growth & development.

As Co-Founder and Learning Designer at Get Mentally Fit, Scott bridges the gap between clinical psychological theory and high-retention learning. With a background in secondary education, Scott is the architect behind the delivery of our programs, ensuring every session is engineered to maximise engagement and minimise the cognitive load for busy professionals.

The Educational Edge: Scott’s unique expertise lies in Applied Learning. By leveraging his research into how individuals process complex information, he ensures that Get Mentally Fit’s training is the antithesis of “generic.” He transforms deep psychological insights into practical, habit-forming skills that stick.
